The short version
I started as a software engineer at Accenture in 2019, moved into data science and machine learning, and have spent the last few years leading AI engineering for products that real users depend on. Today I work as Lead AI Engineer and run AI with VD as my independent practice.
The pattern in my work is the same everywhere: agree on what "working" means before writing code, measure it, and ship in small reviewed steps. It is why the case studies on this site quote numbers instead of adjectives.
I write about agents, retrieval, fine-tuning and MLOps on the blog, and I advise a university on what an AI curriculum should teach so graduates are useful on day one.
